Although the fabric label does'nt give a "Spandex" content, it's evidently in there because the lace has considerable stretch.  The label says 100% polyester.
The mannequin's bust projection is 34" and when I pulled the lace out to the side, there was several inches . This would apply to a wearer with a relatively toned bust line.
As can be noted in the photos, the bodice is all lace and the sheer skirt is sewn in two sections of varying widths.
The straps are elastic and pretty, Alencon' Lace flowers and  Seed pearls accent the bodice just below the straps.
With straps fully extended, it measures 34" to the longest part of the front of the skirt and 24" from the underarm to the same location.
MEASUREMENTS:
BUST: NOT STRETCHED: 32" (16" seam to seam at the underarm)...     WAIST: 32" also, NOT STRETCHED...     LENGTH:  34" with straps extended fully or 24" from the underarm.
