The son of Greek immigrants, Jimmy Kaplanges earned a degree in chemistry and made his start with a small business selling janitorial equipment. On the side, he experimented with his sustainable concoction of ingredients, which he perfected in 1966. GP66 is made in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Today, GP66 is owned by Jimmy's daughter-in-law. Modern green cleaning products continue to capture the consumer market as consumers demand the right cleaning solution.

How we got our start?
In 1966, Jimmy was working in his mother's restaurant. He realized traditional detergents did not clean well and contained harmful phosphates. While studying chemistry, he changed the norm and invented GP66. Industrial companies soon demanded it. For three-generations, GP66 is trusted by homes.
