Old Indonesian Tobacco Cutting bench. Very rare & hard to find item. Reminiscent  of a cobblers bench. Whimsically carved on both front and back from teak wood in the shape of a crocodile.
This unique folk art tool from Kudus Java would make a great addition to your tobacco collection or also collection of Indonesian art.
Used to chop tobacco in preparation for the making of "Kretek" or Clove Cigarettes. This would be interesting as a small side table.
