Chemspec Liquid Defoamer 16oz Super Concentrated
Features
Stops foam buildup in the recovery tank of rotary extraction and wet vacuum extraction equipment such as portable carpet cleaning machine and truck mounted carpet cleaning equipment.
• Super concentrated for economy
• Laboratory tests prove superiority of Chemspec Liquid Defoamer. Requires use of less defoamer than regular liquid defoamers.
• Stops foam buildup problems.
• Specially formulated to combat swirling foam found in rotary extraction or wet vacuum pickup systems.
Directions for preparing a portable or truck mounted extractor's waste tank:
1. Shake product well.
2. Insure spray tip is adjusted for a fine spray (not a solid stream).
3. Spray 1-2 oz. of Chemspec Liquid Defoamer around sides of recovery tank, deflectors, etc.
4. Repeat procedure after each time the recover tank is emptied or as needed.
Directions for preparing vacuum extraction hose
1. Turn on cleaning equipment and setup hoses prior to starting the cleaning.
2. With the vacuum system fully engaged, disconnect the cleaning tool from the end of the vacuum hose
3. Pour or spray a few ounces into the vacuum hose so that the entire hose gets coated inside.
Note:
The stronger the vacuum system, the greater the chance for foaming issues to occur so adjust the amount of defoamer used according to the equipment and the length of vacuum hose being used.
Directions for use on heavyily residued carpet during hot water extraction:
Use for best results during hot water extraction of carpet that has a heavy residue load from improper rinse extraction or heavy bonnet or shampoo cleaning residues.
