Antique White Cotton Linen Nightgown with Pintucking, Full Length, Early 1900s

Antique White Ivory Cotton Linen Nightgown with Pintucking, Early 1900s. Sturdy material is in great condition (not thin!) with no rips or tears, one very small stain on back (see last photo) and a tiny black dot on front. There is some "fuzziness" on the underside edges of the front collar, maybe the underside seam allowance fraying? It was made with 2 buttons on the chest/yoke, but the slit was made to go another 13" without additional buttons. There is slight yellowing on the upper chest. I believe the color would lighten if it is washed by someone familiar with old fabrics.
This was owned by my grandmother. My Mom thought it was handmade, but I don't agree.
For reference in the photos, I am 5'5", medium frame, 133 pounds, size 8. Photo 5 is of the cuffs on the sleeves.
